THE INVISIBLE MULTI-LEVEL LEADER
MICROSCOPE TO TELESCOPE
One of the words that describe and precede the word anatomy is 'gross'. Anatomy is gross. But that is not the meaning of "Gross Anatomy". It just describes the level where the dissection (cutting to reveal hidden structures) is done. Gross anatomy is at the level visible to the unaided eye. When microscopes are used, one goes into the discovery of microscopic anatomy. But then, there is still the level of electron microscopy.
There are still other technology that allows one to observe sub-sub components.
Then we come to the atoms. 'Atom' as a word or term is a misnomer. Etymologically it suggests that there can be no further breaking of its parts ('a' means 'without' and 'tome' means to cut). The atom is still divisible into protons, neutrons and electrons. These subparts have still its subparts.
I do not lay claims of being even close to quantum physicist status. But from the most advanced science as this is written, it is understood that unseen forces make up and control that which is built-up to intermediately compose that which is ultimately seen by even the farsighted or nearsighted..
There is design, whatever level you reveal the components of the putting together of matter. There is purpose and order as you go from quantum physics to the magnitude level of anatomy and physiology. Each level functions to support the more visible realms: the universe of atoms support the universe of elements, which supports the universe of substances, which supports the universe of human physical life.
There is an apparent multi-level designer. There is an invisible leader.
Let's by-pass the level of demographics. Let's go to the level of the Hubble telescope.
There is this fantastic biosphere of planet earth intricately interacting with the solar system. We see in the night sky these bodies of lights. The solar system is part of the galaxy called the Milky Way. The 8.7 million galaxies compose the universe. Whatever there is in that infinite beyond which has not been clearly seen by our most advanced telescopes is now slowly revealed by the space probes that has travelled past the confines of the solar system.
We heard of the Einstenian fear that in relation with e=mc2 the universe will collapse upon itself. Cosmology and astronomy has revealed that after the 'big bang' all the heavenly bodies is going out. There is a suggestion that one of these sub-eternities to come it would come back beckoned by a gravitational pull. But as it is, appearently the earth is in the middle of a stretching rubber of galaxies trajecting in all directions.
There are invisible forces that control starting from the submicroscopic level to the big cosmic bodies that might be no longer visible by the most sophisticated telescopes. It is estimated as this is written that out there in the vast inter-galactic expanse there is 4% atoms, 23% dark matter and 73% dark energy. All these seem to manifest a uni- (one) verse.
There is an apparent cosmic level designer. There seems to be a cosmic cowboy with a herd of stars and galaxies.
Who is the force and wisdom behind the nano-universe as it becomes the mega-universe? Is the dark cosmic energy God? If there is an infinite God, did he cause the big bang to bang (if the big bang occured) ?
The Judeo-Christian Ancient Book seems to have said it all even before the discoveries of modern science: "In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth." Its account of creation and its parallels with discoveries in science has been a strong case for a very credible and logical worldview: there is a plan, there is a wisdom, there is a creation ex nihilo and there is progression....there is a Creator.
The words are written in wall of the universe and in the parts of the atoms: THERE IS AN INVISIBLE LEADER!

Cardio-agology
I have just embarked on this voyage. In all my readings (and listenings), I haven't seen any mention of this term. The closest greek word for 'leader' is where I got agology. I just feel that there needs to be a term for the study of leadership. This term might be the wrong one. The more advanced pedagogues might come up with the accurate one. But this is what I have found or can concoct so far.
Leadership is a science. That section in libraries and books stores is already huge and growing. We have more speakers and writers on the topic in this day and age than all the previous centuries combined. There are colleges and universities that offer this field of study as a degree.
In classical greek, cardia, is the word for both the physical and emotional heart. So, if the pool of leadership gurus choose the term 'agology', cardio-agology will be a sub-study.
I do not claim to have studied it at length or have written about it. I am still a student of leadership even if I have been a leader since day 1 of my life. I have had a very fulfilling experience in being a leader. In all my reminiscings, I have led with my heart.
Here then is a resident fellow of the University of Life's Hard Knocks organizing my thoughts on leadership and the heart........(fanfare music...taaadddaaannnm!!!!!)CARDIOAGOLOGY!
